LET’S GROW STRONGER TOGETHER THROUGH CULTURAL INTERACTION
ELELE Support Grant program, whose primary objective is Institutional Capacity Building, aims to contribute to the realization of the work of CSOs actively working in the field of culture and arts and to contribute to their development/empowerment.
With the trainings we organized in this regard, we aimed to increase the knowledge of the members, staff and volunteers of the association, as well as to encourage them to participate in volunteering / cultural interaction activities by coming together frequently with young people through cultural interaction activities.
Project Objectıves
– Supporting the capacity development of the Association’s staff and volunteers.
– Encouraging young people between 18 and 29 years of age to participate in cultural interaction and voluntary activities and thereby improving their cultural, communication and life skills.
– Ensuring cooperation between National and International NGOs, Universities, Public Institutions and Organizations.

– Members, employees and volunteers of the association to be strengthened by the project

Capacıty Development
Capacity building activities, such as digital and social media training and fundraising and diversification training, develop the skills of association staff and volunteers to ensure the sustainability of their organizations.
