How to Participate
If you’re ready to join the first training course, simply fill out our online application form. Be sure to convince us of your interests, experiences, and motivation for joining the project. To ensure transparency in the process, the selection team, composed of project team members and young volunteers, will follow a predefined set of criteria and invite the most successful applicants for a second-round interview. After this stage, the selection team will identify the top three candidates and inform them, creating a waiting list as well. So, keep an eye on your inbox!
Important Information
Participants are expected to fully engage in the training course and other program activities, such as national TC and project proposal writing. They will also be tasked with conducting a series of multiplier activities in their local communities, involving other members (young or elderly neighbors, friends, family) and other relevant stakeholders. For these activities, each participant, taking on the “multiplier” role, will receive a small but adequate grant to cover the logistical and administrative costs of their activities.
Each selected candidate will sign a Grant Agreement after selection to ensure mutual commitment and respect for obligations. This ensures equal learning opportunities for everyone based on the time, effort, and budget spent, but it also comes with reasonable mandatory steps for every participant.
Additionally, each training program will be conducted in English. You don’t need to prove advanced English proficiency, but basic communication skills are required.
