Call for Partıcıpants – Second TC on Dıgıtal Marketıng, October 4 – 14, 2024 – wıthın the project “Green Up Development”
Are you passionate about protecting the environment and creating positive change in your community? Are you between 15-30 years old, eager to learn and ready to take action? Do you want to learn new skills related to Digital Marketing?
We invite you to join our new sustainability project! Through a series of engaging training courses, we aim to empower young leaders like you to become advocates for environmental initiatives in your local communities and multiply knowledge with your peers.
We are looking for three young participants per partner country to take part in the training program (TC) on Digital Marketing, which will be held in Bitola, North Macedonia from 04 – 14 October 2024 (including travel days).
Traınıng Course Overvıew
This course is designed to equip participants with essential digital marketing skills, focusing on key applications and services such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Google Analytics. Participants will engage in a variety of learning formats including group discussions, practical tasks and individual assignments through Non-Formal Learning (NFL) methods. The course emphasizes hands-on experience with participants working on real-world projects, raising social media profiles and developing marketing strategies. Besides technical training, the course will also include team building activities, discussions on important social issues and visits to co-working spaces or ICT companies.
Objectives
- Skill Development: Equip participants with practical skills in digital marketing by focusing on popular platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Analytics.
- Strategic Thinking: Enhance participants’ ability to design and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to specific tasks and objectives.
- Collaborative Learning: Promote teamwork and collaborative problem-solving through group projects, discussions, and peer-to-peer learning.
- Social Awareness: Encourage participants to engage with broader societal issues such as environmental sustainability, discrimination, and EU values through discussions and role-playing activities.
- Personal Growth: Support participants in developing their digital presence by working on social media profiles, building confidence in using digital marketing tools, and achieving personal learning goals.
- Certification: Assist participants in creating their Youthpass and Europass to document the skills and competencies gained during the course.

How to Participate

Make sure to convince us with your interests, experiences, and motivation for participating in our project.
To ensure a transparent process, the selection team—comprising project team members and young volunteers—will follow a predefined set of criteria to shortlist the most successful applicants for second-round interviews.
After this stage, the selection team will identify and inform the top three candidates and create a waiting list. So, keep an eye on your inbox!
Important Informatıons
Participants are expected to fully engage in the TC and other related activities, such as writing project proposals or participating in similar national TC programs. Additionally, they will be responsible for conducting a series of dissemination activities within their local communities, involving other community members (young or older neighbors, friends, relatives) and other relevant stakeholders.
Each participant taking on the “dissemination” role will receive a small but sufficient grant based on their proposed activities to help cover logistical and administrative expenses.
Every selected candidate will sign a Participation Agreement to ensure full commitment and mutual respect for obligations. This ensures fair learning opportunities for all while requiring some reasonable mandatory steps from each participant.
Please note, the training language is English. You don’t need to prove your language proficiency or be an advanced English speaker, but basic communication skills are required. This will not be a factor in the assessment of your application, but be honest and avoid using AI-generated responses!
